A full day meal

Just a lemon & two bananas is enough to provide the nutrition for the entire day. Not sure how far it is true. Will experiment this sometime n let u know.

To be or not to be - Content

I was talking to someone today & something he said that left me thinking even after I hung up. 'As soon as you are content you stop growing', these were the words. Left me wondering ...I somehow did not agree. I think one could be both content & aspire for higher goals in life.

Social Service or Basic Common sense!

How many times have we seen an Ambulance trying to make way through the traffic struggling to reach the hospital. We are fine to stop the vehicle for a politician to go by but too difficult to give way to a person struggling for life?!
You can make a BIG difference by a very small gesture...just give way to the Ambulances on the road. Who knows you may save a life!
